CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service total. Any last minute rescheduling within 24 hours may be subject to 50-100% charge. For any services that were provided and paid for that the client was not satisfied with MUST contact me for a consultation and/or new appointment within 7 days of the original appointment. A grace period of 10-14 days past the original appointment will be given if the client has reached out to me and scheduling doesn’t allow for a new appointment within the 7 day window. If the client does not contact me within the 7 days past the original appointment letting me know they’re not satisfied then the client may be responsible for paying for the “re done” appointment. No exceptions. This is to ensure proper time is available to make any corrections. I want everyone to leave happy with their hair but you must communicate with me within a reasonable time.
